Provider Status

Remote Lab is an independent technical training facility. We provide specialized instruction for third-party terminal management software but do not represent the software manufacturers.

Lab Access

Virtual laboratory seats are assigned on a per-operator basis. Sharing of access credentials or redistribution of lab curriculum is strictly prohibited.

Technical Liability

Training involves complex network topologies. The provider is not liable for outcomes in your production environment following the application of techniques studied in the lab.

Cancellations

Registration fees cover the reservation of computing resources. Refunds are available if requested 10 days prior to the cycle start date.
